The Vaxis Atom 500 SDI Wireless Video Transmission Kit features both 3G-SDI and HDMI connectors that can transmit visually lossless H.265 video streams with less than 80 ms latency to a Vaxis receiver. The transmitter can send a video signal up to 500 feet in line of sight and can multicast to up to three iOS devices for monitoring via Wi-Fi.
The Atom 500 SDI transmitter has a 3G-SDI and HDMI input, while the receiver features SDI and HDMI that support video up to 1080p60 resolution. Each unit has a bright, crisp OLED display as well as a cooling fan that can be switched on and off to reduce noise during manufacturing. They may be charged through the USB Type-C connector with the provided cable or by using an L-series battery, which is sold separately. The USB input may be utilized to upgrade the firmware as well.
