Kiloview N2 Firmware Upgrade Fail Network Error
I'm getting Kiloview N2 Firmware Upgrade Fail Network Error when I'm trying to update to the latest firmware.
Since your firmware is outdated, the customer needs to update the firmware one version higher until reaches the latest one.
In this example, Our N2 NDI firmware is 4.5.2210, we'll need to upgrade the firmware to 4.6.2400, afterward version 4.6.2400 to 4.7.2410 so on.
To upgrade from Kiloview N2 Firmware 4.5.2210 to 4.8.2523, you can try to install it in the following order.
4.5.2210 → 4.6.2400 → 4.7.2410 → 4.7.2500 → 4.7.2512 → 4.8.2523
After all upgrades have been completed, the old configuration files may not be compatible with the new version.
It is advised that the Kiloview N2 be reset to factory settings before it can be used properly.
