The JVC GY-HC550 Handheld 4K Broadcast Camcorder is a UHD 4K camcorder that shoots in both NTSC and PAL compatible frame rates and is designed to seamlessly work with both a traditional as well as IP workflow. It features a built-in wireless LAN with Zixi™ error correction. It's equipped with JVC's powerful communications engine that delivers high-quality, low latency error-free video right from the camera, wirelessly. And while shooting, your crew can view the return video and receive IFB from your facility. With its integrated 20x lens there are no compromises in image quality. There are plenty of media options including SDHC, SDXC, and SDD. You can even shoot and record to SSD (solid-state drive) media in a wide variety of formats, including 10-bit ProRes 422 at 4K resolution and 50/60p frame rates. Everything you need is included, including a built-in dual channel (2.4GHz, 5GHz) broadband radios with MIMO. Just plug in an appropriate media card and begin shooting, recording, and streaming.
