The DAC-75T features 2x SDI outputs, 1x HDMI output, 1x VGA input, 1x SDI loop-thru, and a pair of RCA inputs for embedded audio/video output.
A 7” touch screen interface is combined with the DAC-75T for simple use. It is no longer needed to configure your cross-converter using dip switches. You can navigate through the on-screen menu to output to projectors/monitors, recorders, or encoders in the room. In addition, the RCA inputs allow audio to be embedded to the output of the video signal for recording purposes.
The 7” screen interface allows any keynote speaker to select one of three inputs for their data or video presentation which is connected to DAC-75T inputs of HDMI, SDI or VGA. The DAC-75T will send the scaled source to all outputs which are 2-SDI and 1-HDMI.
The interface of the DAC-75T HD cross converter has two GUI interfaces; Presenter Mode and Professional Mode. The Presenter Mode allows the speaker to only select the input source for their laptop or video device as well as basic resolution changes. In contrast, the Professional Mode is accessed by touching the DAC-75T screen with three fingers simultaneously Only the AV technician will know how to access this mode. This feature will open a new menu for more precise output resolutions and frame rates. If the user sets the presenter to only Presenter Mode, the presenter won’t accidentally change the resolutions which were set up in advance for the recorder and projector in the room.
