Product Overview
The Magewell Ultra Encode AIO is a professional 4K HDMI and SDI streaming encoder and recorder for broadcast production, sports, education and live events. This single-channel hardware encoder accepts HDMI or SDI video, or combines both inputs in picture-in-picture or side-by-side layouts. H.264/H.265 encoding up to 4096 x 2160p30, SRT contribution, NDI HX2/HX3 support and scheduled recording make it a flexible bridge between baseband video sources and IP workflows.
The Magewell Ultra Encode AIO (manufacturer SKU 531300000 for US/EU/UK/AU/JP; Coremicro SKU MAG-53130) is an HDMI/SDI 4K video encoder and recorder sold by Coremicro, an authorized Magewell dealer in Union City, California. It accepts HDMI signals up to 4096 x 2160p60 and SDI signals up to 4096 x 2160p30, with main-stream H.264/H.265 encoding up to 4096 x 2160p30. HDMI and SDI Video Mixing with PiP
Ultra Encode AIO can encode one selected HDMI or SDI input, or combine both video sources into a single picture-in-picture or side-by-side program. Operators can configure up to eight text, image or clock overlays on an encoding profile. This enables on-screen identifiers and simple branded output without adding a separate composition computer.

4K30 H.264 and H.265 Hardware Encoding
Encode HDMI or supported SDI sources in a main stream at up to 4096 x 2160p30, with a configurable sub stream up to 1080p60. The non-NDI HX3 video bitrate ceiling is 32 Mb/s; NDI HX3 has its own maximum of 62 Mb/s. HDMI input supports up to 4K60, but the encoded output is limited to 4K30.

NDI HX3 Streaming for Network Video Workflows
Ultra Encode AIO supports both NDI HX2 and NDI HX3 for compatible networked production equipment and software. NDI HX3 offers an efficient transport option for IP video distribution, with a listed encoding bitrate up to 62 Mb/s. Magewell specifies one exclusive NDI HX3 streaming session, so the general six-session limit does not apply when HX3 is active.
