Warranties

New Product Warranties

All new products sold by Coremicro are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and such coverage applies solely to the original purchaser. Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, Coremicro provides a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If a product fails to operate as described during this period, Coremicro will, at its sole option and discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product, provided the item is returned in accordance with our warranty process.

Important Limitations

No other express or implied warranties exist except as expressly stated herein.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREMICRO SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
Coremicro’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product, and its sole obligation is limited to repair, replacement, or refund.
Coremicro is not responsible for typographical, clerical, or photographic errors, and reserves the right to correct product information or discontinue items without notice.
Images displayed on screens or monitors are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the actual product received.
Data Disclaimer: Customers are solely responsible for backing up data prior to installation or service. Coremicro shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or damage to data.

Used Product Warranties

Used professional video, audio, and lighting equipment is covered by a 90-day limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
“X Condition” items are final sale, sold as-is, with no warranty, no returns, and no exchanges. Such items may be suitable for parts only.

Coverage

Warranty coverage for used products is limited strictly to manufacturing defects and expressly excludes:

Excessive wear and tear or normal depreciation
Physical damage, abuse, misuse, or accidents
Damage caused by improper installation or operation
Loss, theft, or disappearance of the product

Warranty Process

Returned items will be inspected by Coremicro to determine warranty eligibility.
If approved:
- The product will be repaired if possible.
- If repair is not feasible, it may be replaced with a product of equal or comparable value at Coremicro’s discretion.
- If neither repair nor replacement is available, Coremicro may issue store credit in lieu of refund.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty service is valid only when performed by Coremicro. Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing by third parties voids the warranty.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Legal Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, certain limitations may not apply.

This limited warranty applies only to purchases made and used within the United States and is non-transferable.
