We accept:

Note: We do not accept checks, money orders, or COD payments.

What are your payment terms?

  • Credit Card Payments: Charged only at the time of shipment. Some banks may place a temporary hold on funds when the order is placed.
  • Purchase Orders: Available for corporate, government, and educational institutions with pre-approved net terms.
  • Debit or Check Card Payments: Funds are authorized immediately upon placing the order, which may affect available balances.
  • Wire Transfers: Accepted for large transactions; orders will be processed once payment is received.

Will I be charged when I place an order?

Your credit card is only charged when your order ships. However, some banks may place a temporary hold on funds when the order is placed.


Order Verification & Processing

Why was my order placed on hold?

For security reasons, some orders may require additional verification. If verification is needed, we will contact you within one business day via phone or email.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we may be able to modify it. Please call us immediately at 800-886-2752 for assistance.

How can I check my order status?

Log in to your Coremicro account and check the progress under "My Orders." Statuses include:

  • Unfulfilled – Order received but not yet shipped
  • Partially Fulfilled – Some items have shipped, the rest are pending
  • Fulfilled – All items in the order have shipped
  • Scheduled – Prepaid subscription or delayed fulfillment; order will ship on the scheduled date
  • On Hold – Pending verification, payment resolution, or fulfillment hold
  • Backorder – One or more items are temporarily out of stock
  • Canceled – Order has been canceled

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock items ship the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM PST. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.

Do you offer same-day pickup?

Yes. We offer Will-Call Pickup at our Union City, CA location. Orders must be placed at least two hours in advance.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Coremicro does not process international orders. We only ship within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your Coremicro account.


Cancellations & Returns

What is your return policy?

Most merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt, except items marked as non‑returnable. All returns must be prepaid through an insured shipping service and arrive within 30 calendar days in brand-new, unused, resalable condition with original packaging and accessories.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable unless Coremicro made a shipping error.
  • Items missing components or showing damage may be refused or incur a restocking fee up to 20%.

Non‑returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Software, digital licenses, activation keys
  • Custom or special‑order items
  • Bulk-created items (e.g., cable cut to order)
  • Consumables (memory cards, batteries, bulbs, chemicals)
  • Hygiene‑sensitive items (microphones, headphones)
  • TVs or displays larger than 25″
  • Submerged underwater gear, internal PCIe cards
  • Items delivered over 30 days ago or missing original packaging
  • Drop‑shipped items (vendor restocking fee may apply)
  • Truck‐freight items

Packaging & Shipping Requirements:

  • Use a “box‑in‑a‑box” method—do not use the product box as the shipping vessel.
  • Improper packaging may result in return denial or restocking deductions.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt.
  • If your order had free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Backorders & Stock Availability

What happens if an item is on backorder?

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within two business days. Your order will remain open unless you request cancellation.


Sales Tax & Tax-Exempt Orders

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied to orders shipping to:

  • California
  • Pennsylvania
  • Washington

Can I place a tax-exempt order?

Yes, but tax-exempt orders cannot be placed online. To apply tax exemption, please place your order via phone, email, or fax and provide the required documentation.
