Product Overview
Magewell Pro Convert IP to HDMI 4K is a standalone IP video decoder for converting NDI, SRT, H.264, H.265, and other network video streams to HDMI 2.0. It supports single-view decoding up to 4096 × 2160p60, Picture-in-Picture, four-source Quad View, HDR PQ and HLG, Gigabit Ethernet, PoE+, and centralized remote management for broadcast, live production, monitoring, and AV-over-IP workflows.
4K60 IP Video Decoding
Single-view decoding supports one H.264, H.265, SpeedHQ, or MPEG2 stream at resolutions up to 4096 × 2160p60. The decoder converts network video into a baseband HDMI signal for confidence monitoring, presentation, control rooms, and professional display systems.
NDI High Bandwidth HX2 HX3 Decoder
Decode NDI High Bandwidth, NDI HX2, and NDI HX3 sources from an Ethernet network. NDI 6.3 support helps integrate the unit into modern IP production systems, remote studios, presentation spaces, and distributed video infrastructures.
SRT and Multi-Protocol IP Decoder
Beyond NDI, the decoder supports MPEG-TS over RTP, UDP, SRT, and RIST as well as RTMP, RTSP, HLS, HTTP, and ZIXI. H.264 and H.265 compatibility makes it useful for contribution feeds, remote production, streaming infrastructure, and IP video monitoring.
Two-Source Picture-in-Picture Decoding
Picture-in-Picture mode decodes two supported streams at resolutions up to 1920 × 1080p60. Supported formats include H.264, H.265, SpeedHQ, and MPEG2, providing a compact way to monitor a primary source alongside a secondary network feed.
Four-Source Quad View Decoder
Quad View mode combines up to four H.264 or H.265 IP streams into a single HDMI output. Supported sources can reach up to 1920 × 1080p60, making the decoder practical for multiview monitoring in studios, control rooms, production spaces, and AV systems.
HDR HDMI 2.0 and PoE+
HDMI 2.0 output supports resolutions up to 4096 × 2160 at 60 fps, BT.601, BT.709, and BT.2020 color spaces, plus HDR PQ and HLG. Gigabit Ethernet with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ can carry network connectivity and power through a single Ethernet connection.
Single View 4K60
Decodes one supported IP source at up to 4096 × 2160p60 for full-screen HDMI monitoring and presentation.
Picture-in-Picture
Displays two supported network streams with decoding resolutions up to 1920 × 1080p60.
Quad View
Combines up to four H.264 or H.265 network sources into a single multiview HDMI output.
HDR Output
