Product Overview
The Magewell Pro Capture AIO 4K is a one-channel PCIe capture card for professional HDMI and SDI video ingest. It captures either HDMI with embedded audio or SD, HD, 3G, and 6G-SDI with embedded audio at resolutions up to 4096×2160. PCIe Gen2 x4 connectivity, 10-bit hardware processing, low-latency operation, and multiple capture streams make it suitable for broadcast, live production, streaming, recording, and AV integration.
4K Capture up to 4096×2160
The capture engine supports input and capture resolutions up to 4096×2160 pixels. Capture frame rates can reach up to 144fps depending on image resolution and available PCIe bandwidth. This provides flexibility for 4K and high-frame-rate professional video workflows.
HDMI 1.4 and 6G-SDI Input
One HDMI input supports HDMI 1.4 and DVI-D 1.0 signals, while the BNC input supports SD, HD, 3G, and 6G-SDI. The card captures one selected input source at a time. Embedded audio can be captured together with the selected video signal.
Full 10-Bit Hardware Video Processing
Full 10-bit processing supports cropping, scaling, deinterlacing, aspect-ratio conversion, color conversion, and frame-rate conversion. Hardware OSD composition and color adjustment are also supported. Processing is handled directly on the capture card.
Ultra-Low-Latency PCIe Capture
Magewell specifies an ultra-low-latency mode of 64 video lines. Partial-notification functionality is available through the Magewell Capture SDK. PCIe Gen2 x4 provides a direct high-bandwidth connection to the host workstation.
Multiple Independent Capture Streams
Unlimited capture streams can be generated from the single active input channel. Each stream can use independent resolution, frame rate, cropping, aspect ratio, deinterlacing, color format, and color-adjustment settings. This allows one source to serve multiple application requirements.
Professional Embedded Audio Capture
Embedded audio can follow the selected HDMI or SDI source into the workstation. SDI supports extraction of up to eight mono audio channels at 48 kHz. Hardware timestamps help maintain audio and video synchronization in professional capture workflows.

OBS vMix and Wirecast Compatibility
