The Lynx Technik yellobrik PVD-1800 3G-SDI Frame Synchronizer is a broadcast-quality compact SDI frame synchronizer with a high-quality Up/Down/Cross converter and scaler for professional applications in the broadcast, post-production, and professional audiovisual industries. The frame synchronizer employs powerful "flywheel" algorithms that can handle a wide range of low-quality asynchronous SDI sources. All embedded audio is automatically extracted and delayed to match the video processing delay. In addition, the module offers up to 30 frames of programmed output delay, which is customizable in frames, lines, and pixels.

The Up/Down/Cross converter can convert between 3G/HD/SD video standards and features a quick scale option (10 lines delay) that can be selected. Furthermore, the converter has a strong ROI scaler that allows the user to extract a specific portion of the incoming video and output it as a full format SDI output.
