Lynx Technik yellobrik 3G-SDI/HDMI H.264 Streamer and Recorder

The Lynx Technik yellobrik PEC 1864 is a compact SDI/HDMI H.264 streamer and recorder designed for a wide range of broadcast, film, and pro A/V applications.

It is possible to configure the module to stream, record, or do both simultaneously. Streamer and recorder encoders are distinct, allowing streaming and recording to be configured independently. Each encoder is equipped with an up/down/cross converter, region-of-interest scaler, and text overlay function. Two audio channels are incorporated in the visual input. Additionally, the PEC 1864 features a line audio input, which can be utilized for either the streamer or recorder.

Users are able to incorporate a logo into the video signal stream, which can be positioned in any way they choose. Additionally, a custom image can be displayed if the input is absent. The PEC 1864 is compatible with a variety of streaming protocols and unicast and multicast operations. Whether you are streaming live to a Content Delivery Network using RTMP, viewing the stream on one or more computers using RTP/RTSP unicast or multicast, or streaming to a dedicated decoder or multicast address using TS over UDP or RTP, the PEC 1864 is a versatile device suitable for a variety of applications.

The PEC 1864 is excellent for live event streaming, webcasts, corporate or enterprise streaming, presentation and conferencing, AV system monitoring, streaming of religious services, and many more applications.

A Web interface that is compatible with mobile devices enables straightforward configuration from a PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone.

Note: Due to legal restrictions, HDMI capture devices manufactured by LYNX Technik AG are incapable of capturing, converting, or transmitting video or audio from HDCP-protected sources (e.g. Satellite receivers, Cable receivers, etc.).
