Hollyland Pyro 7 Ultra is a professional 7-inch wireless camera monitor that combines TX, RX, and monitoring functions in one production-ready unit. Its QD-LCD panel delivers accurate color, 1500-nit brightness, and wide-gamut coverage for camera operators, focus pullers, and directors. TWiFi dual-band transmission supports 4K60 video, low-latency monitoring, and unlimited receivers in Broadcast Mode. One integrated monitor simplifies the wireless video workflow without sacrificing control.
Integrated 7-Inch Monitor for Cinema Workflows
A 7-inch wireless camera monitor combines the transmitter, receiver, and display in one chassis. The 1920 × 1200 touchscreen gives camera operators a clear view while the same unit can receive a remote feed for focus pulling or director monitoring. The integrated design reduces accessories and keeps the camera rig easier to configure.
1500-Nit Display for Daylight Production
A 1500-nit field monitor remains readable in bright outdoor environments and high-light studio conditions. The QD-LCD optical architecture produces narrow-band red and green light for stronger color purity, while 95% DCI-P3 and 99% Rec.709 coverage support dependable image evaluation on set.
Image Analysis for Faster Exposure and Focus Decisions
On-set image analysis tools provide waveform, histogram, false color, zebra, LUT, focus peaking, anamorphic de-squeeze, framing guides, and image overlays. HollyOS offers direct display controls for brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, exposure, color temperature, and RGB gain without requiring a computer.
QD-LCD Color Architecture with Delta E ≤1.5
The QD-LCD optical system uses Quantum Dot Enhancement Film to produce a high-purity RGB spectrum with cinematic depth. Factory calibration through Calman software delivers Delta E ≤1.5, Gamma 2.4, and consistent image reproduction for broadcast, commercial, and narrative production.
PC-Free Calibration for Consistent Production Color
Professional color calibration helps maintain consistent monitoring across production environments. With the optional Hollyland Color Calibrator connected through USB-C, the display can be calibrated without a computer in approximately three minutes.
Remote Camera Control for Focus and Director Monitoring
Integrated camera SDK support enables native control from compatible camera systems. Operators can switch between local camera-top control and long-range wireless control, making the monitor suitable for camera teams, focus pullers, and mobile directors.
Dual-Band Transmission for Reliable Cinema Links
TWiFi establishes synchronized transmission paths across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Automatic frequency hopping helps avoid congested channels in busy production environments while supporting 4K60 video transmission, up to 1 km range, and 20 ms minimum latency in Focus Mode under specified test conditions.
Broadcast Mode supports one transmitter with unlimited receivers, making the system practical for camera operators, focus pullers, directors, and client monitoring stations.
