DZOFilm Octopus Lens Adapter (PL to FUJIFILM X)

The DZOFilm Octopus Lens Adapter (PL to FUJIFILM X) is built for using ARRI PL-mount lenses on FUJIFILM X-mount camera bodies. It gives camera crews a direct mechanical way to bring PL cinema glass into an X-mount setup while maintaining infinity focus.

The adapter uses a stainless-steel mount component and a flocked interior to help reduce reflections inside the mount path. Why It Helps

For a production kit that already includes PL cinema lenses, this adapter makes those lenses usable on a FUJIFILM X-mount body without changing the lens itself. Infinity focus is maintained, so the lens keeps its expected far-focus capability after the mount conversion.

The flocked interior is there to deal with unwanted light inside the adapter. By reducing internal reflections, it helps keep the space between the rear of the lens and the camera mount from becoming another source of stray light in the optical path.

The 1/4"-20 support point is equally useful on the mechanical side of the rig.
