The Blackmagic Streaming Encoder 4K is a self-contained 4K streaming device built for professionals who want to stream in Ultra HD. It supports H.264 and H.265 encoding for streaming over RTMP or SRT protocols. You can stream directly to YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other services. Connect to the internet with Ethernet or use 5G/4G phones for mobile data. It also has USB webcam output, a 12G-SDI input, and SDI/HDMI monitor outputs for live previewing.

This compact streaming encoder supports HD, 2K, and full 4K standards at up to 60p. You get full support for Rec. 709 and Rec. 2020 color space, so your stream looks sharp and accurate. The front panel features a built-in control panel with six buttons, a spin knob, and a 2.2-inch color display for quick setup and monitoring. You can also control it remotely through Ethernet or USB-C, with full support for REST API.

This encoder includes closed captioning, source timecode support, and remote camera control. The loop-through SDI output lets you connect other gear without losing signal. HDMI and SDI monitor outputs give you flexible preview options, and you can use the USB-C webcam output to plug into apps like Zoom, OBS, or Teams.
