Product Overview
ATOMOS Shogun AV-19M is a 19-inch 4K HDR rackmount production monitor built for NDI HX3, 12G-SDI and HDMI confidence monitoring. Its 1200-nit DCI-P3 touchscreen gives control rooms, OB vehicles and video villages a large shared view for checking exposure, focus, framing and color. The monitor can display one NDI HX3 source full-screen or up to four NDI sources in quad view, while conventional SDI or HDMI sources are monitored full-screen. It stays focused on monitoring — no integrated recording or live switching.
The ATOMOS Shogun AV-19M is a 19-inch rackmount 4K HDR hybrid IP and video monitor available from Coremicro, an authorized ATOMOS dealer. It provides a 3840 x 2160 touchscreen rated at 1200 nits and receives NDI HX3 over Ethernet for single-source or four-source quad-view monitoring. It also provides one 12G-SDI input and output, one HDMI input and output up to 4Kp60, XLR audio outputs and two USB-C ports. MSRP is $1,899, and the standard manufacturer warranty is one year with extension to two years after product registration, excluding the screen.
19-Inch 4K HDR Production Monitor
The 3840 x 2160 touchscreen provides a large-format production view for camera evaluation and shared viewing. Its 1200-nit brightness supports HDR monitoring in busy production environments. A 16:9 panel with 10-bit (8+2 FRC) display depth supports detailed confidence monitoring from studio to location.
NDI HX3 Quad-View Monitoring
NDI HX3 monitoring receives network video through the RJ45 Ethernet connection. Operators can view one NDI feed full-screen or place up to four NDI sources into a quad-view layout. That makes the monitor useful for IP production galleries and compact flypacks that need a shared network overview.
DCI-P3 and Rec.709 Color Monitoring
The display covers 99% DCI-P3 and 100% Rec.709, with support for HDR, HLG, PQ and 3D LUT monitoring modes. Custom .cube LUTs can be loaded for real-time look preview and evaluation. Calibration support is available with compatible Calibrite probes and the Atomos calibration workflow.
Waveform, False Color and Focus Tools
Professional monitoring tools include waveform, RGB parade, vectorscope, focus peaking, zebras and multiple false-color modes. EL Zone and ARRI false color are available for exposure assessment. Frame guides, safe areas, grid markers, zoom and anamorphic desqueeze support fast decisions on set and in live production.
4Kp60 SDI and HDMI Monitoring
The monitor accepts one 12G-SDI input and one HDMI 2.0 input for conventional baseband workflows. Matching 12G-SDI and HDMI outputs support loop-through and signal routing up to 4Kp60. The 12G-SDI input remains backward compatible with 6G-SDI and 3G-SDI sources.
7RU Rackmount Monitor for Control Rooms
The 482 x 310 x 60 mm chassis integrates 19-inch rack ears and occupies 7RU. At 5.22 kg, it can serve permanent control rooms or portable production racks without adding an external monitor frame. An actively controlled fan and heat sink manage cooling during extended broadcast and live-event operation.
Assignable Buttons Speed Up Rackmount Monitoring
Assignable production monitor controls put up to six frequently used functions on dedicated front-panel buttons. Map tools such as waveform, LUT viewing or anamorphic desqueeze so an operator can reach them without moving through multiple touchscreen menus. That is useful when the monitor lives in a control room rack, OB vehicle or mobile production cart.
Hybrid IP Video Monitoring with Professional I/O
Hybrid IP video monitoring combines NDI HX3 receive over RJ45 Ethernet with one 12G-SDI input and output plus one HDMI 2.0 input and output. Two male 3-pin XLR connectors route embedded audio to external monitoring, while a 3.5 mm headphone output and built-in confidence speaker cover local checks.
Two USB-C ports support compatible media for firmware updates and LUTs. The included 4-pin XLR power supply connects to the monitor's DC input, and compatible single-battery operation can be added separately for portable production use.
Broadcast Control Rooms
Use the 7RU display as a dedicated 4K confidence monitor alongside an existing switcher and recording chain.
OB Vehicles
Monitor SDI, HDMI or network sources from a rack-ready display designed for outside-broadcast environments.
Video Villages
Give directors, DITs, camera crews and clients a large shared view for focus, exposure, color and framing checks.
Live Event Flypacks
Combine NDI HX3 quad view with conventional baseband monitoring in portable live-event production racks.
On-Set Production
Use professional scopes, LUT preview and exposure tools for location monitoring without adding recording or switching functions.
ATOMOS Manufacturer Support
The standard warranty is one year and can be extended to two years by product registration; the screen is excluded from the extension. Coremicro can also help confirm monitor compatibility, rack integration, signal format and accessory requirements before deployment.
