AJA DRM2-PLUS-A1 Active 3RU Frame with Single Power Supply

AJA DRM2-PLUS-A1 is a professional 3RU rackmount frame with an active cooling faceplate and single power supply. Built for broadcast, production, and pro AV environments, it streamlines power and mounting for AJA Mini-Converters.

This frame supports up to 12 standard Mini-Converters using the included modular carriers. You can also install up to 24 compact units like the AJA FiDO, HA5-Plus, Hi5-Plus, V2Analog, and V2Digital using optional Y-Cables (sold separately). With active cooling built in, the DRM2-PLUS-A1 is ideal for high-temperature setups or locations with dense converter loads.

The active faceplate includes four fans for maximum airflow. A hinged front panel gives you quick access for swapping converters—no need to remove the frame from the rack. A total of 13 +12V DC outputs are available: 12 for the converters and one reserved for the faceplate.

The DRM2-PLUS-A1 supports up to 288 watts of power, making it perfect for demanding multi-converter installs. Compact converters can be doubled up per slot using optional Y-cables. These are available individually (DRM2-YC, $45 US MSRP) or in 12-packs (DRM2-YC12, $450 US MSRP).
