The ATEM Constellation HD switchers have a compact rack mount design and an integrated control panel. This enables switcher operation, which is critical during setup or for emergency use. You can walk up to the ATEM Constellation and operate it at any time thanks to a control panel built into the front panel. ATEM Constellation HD has similar features to ATEM Mini, making it an excellent upgrade when you require a larger switcher! Furthermore, the front panel control buttons are the same premium type found on full-sized panels, making them extremely reliable. From the front panel, you can even control keyers, media, and fade to black! On the front panel, there is an industry standard 5 pin talkback headset connector as well as controls for talkback control. Furthermore, almost every operational feature of the switcher can be accessed via the front panel LCD and menu buttons!

Video Software with USB Webcam Output
The USB-C connection on the ATEM Constellation HD serves as a webcam source to aid in live streaming. That means you can plug it into a computer and use any video software! The software thinks the ATEM Constellation HD is a regular webcam, but it's actually a live production switcher! This ensures complete compatibility with any video software and full resolution 1080HD quality. Choose any software you want, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype, for a new way to present in a professional multi-camera broadcast quality style! The ATEM Constellation HD webcam output is also compatible with streaming software like Open Broadcaster, XSplit Broadcaster, and others!

Choose between hardware and software control panels
All ATEM switchers have a wide range of hardware and software control options, and control panels can be shared between all ATEM models for different events. A free software-based control panel for Mac and Windows is included with ATEM Constellation HD. You can control the switcher, upload media, mix audio, and control cameras using the software, which connects to the switcher via Ethernet or USB. When you require additional power, you can add an ATEM Advanced Panel for professional switching or an ATEM Camera Control Panel for camera control. There's even an ATEM developer SDK available to help you create your own custom automation control solution!

Multiview with Labels, Tally, and Meters
The built-in multiview feature allows you to monitor multiple sources on a single screen. The 1 M/E model comes with one multiview, the 2 M/E model comes with two independent multiviews, and the 4 M/E model comes with four independent multiviews! Any view can be fed from any external SDI input as well as any internal video source. All multiviews are completely customizable and can be set to 4, 7, 10, 13, or 16 simultaneous views. That adds up to 32 total views on the 2 M/E model and a whopping 64 total views across 4 monitors on the 4 M/E model! On each view, you can add the tally border, source label, and VU meters as an overlay. In addition, a red and green border will show the tally on each view, letting you know which sources are on the air.
