The Squeeze Desktop 11 Pro (Upgrade from Squeeze Desktop 11 Lite, Download) from Sorenson Media provides wide codec support and also comes with the new advanced features: batch-processing. Not only can be used as a Standalone, this product can also be used to integrate as a plug-in with few famous NLEs: Final Cut Pro 7, Avid Media Composer, and Adobe Premiere Pro. The good news that users can have from this software is the new Updated Codecs (x264, H.264, VP9, x265). In connection to that, this product also comes with the Improved 4K export (expanded 64-bit support).
Any Editing process with this Squeeze Desktop 11 Pro (Upgrade from Squeeze Desktop 11 Lite, Download) will be easier due to the new features for editing. Those features are New manual Timecode Controls, Trim in and out points, Video cropping and Duplicate Source. Converting highly compressed footage including MPEG-4 files to other codec types; Avid DNxHD or Apple ProRes is also doable.
