The Prompter People TRI-HD500 Tripod System with 100mm Fluid Head and Dolly (50lbs Payload) is specifically designed for the latest prosumer camcorders to broadcast ENG cameras. The TRI-HD500 tripod is compact, lightweight, and can support cameras up to 50 pounds. The TRI-HD500 Tripod incorporates all of the features required by Broadcasters, including an advanced drag system that ensures smooth pan and tilt control, plus smooth stop and starts. The TRI-HD500 is a high-performance video head equipped with fluid cartridges that provide a continuous drag on both pan and tilt axis with independent pan and tilt locks.
The tripod features aluminum tripod legs and a fluid head with a 100mm ball base. The three-section, reinforced legs are secured by locking knobs, and the base features a ground spreader and spikes with retractable rubber feet. A soft, padded carry case is included to store and transport the system.
The tripod has a 20.1" minimum height, it extends to a maximum height of 66.93", and it folds down to 33.5" in length for transport. The fluid head features a smooth, locking pan and tilt, and it includes two pan bars and a bubble level to make balance and movement smooth and easy.
