Elgato USB Hub for Stream Deck + is intended for Stream Deck + setups where extra USB ports and card slots need to sit close to the control surface. According to the source material, it fits behind the Stream Deck +, connects through USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, and adds 2 x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, 2 x USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 ports, plus SDXC and microSDXC card slots.

The hub measures 3.5 x 3 x 2.3" / 88 x 76 x 58 mm and includes a 39.4" / 100 cm USB-C to USB-C cable. Anyone who has worked from a desk with cameras, storage, card readers, and control surfaces knows that USB ports disappear quickly. Placing the hub behind the Stream Deck + keeps those connections close without adding another loose box in the middle of the desk.

Why It Helps

Small production desks tend to run out of USB ports faster than expected. A control surface, card reader, external drive, camera accessory, or charging cable can all need a connection at the same time. Adding ports directly behind the Stream Deck + keeps those short desktop runs easier to manage.

The SDXC and microSDXC slots are useful for camera and content workflows. Instead of reaching for a separate card reader, the card slots are already part of the hub, which keeps one more loose adapter off the desk.
