Mini Converter HDMI to SDI 4K from Blackmagic Design incorporates everything essential to transform from SD, HD, 3G and 6G-SDI video into 4K HDMI output. Utilizing the supported resolutions up to UHD 4K at up to 30 fps and DCI 4K at 24 fps. When attached to UHD sources, the HDMI output identifies an HDTV or HD monitor and the output is spontaneously down-converted from UHD to HD. The two 6G-SDI outputs also carry SD and HD-SDI signals for easy integration into existing workflows and each 6G-SDI outputs send duplicate signals. A redundant SDI input is presented as an arbitrary back up, and an SDI loop-through output is possible for sending the SDI signal to a supplementary device.

Professional Mini Converter HDMI to SDI 4K equipment is compatible to produce outputs Ultra HD 4K with resolution up to 3840 x 2160 and DCI 4K up to 4096 x 2160. Includes Instant Lock on HDMI output to transmit video signals that can be displayed with support 4K over HDMI. SDI input audio is de-embedded and accessible via the HDMI or with 1/4'' jacks output while AES/EBU digital audio or balanced analog audio.
