AIDA Imaging HD-100A-VF HD HDMI POV Camera with 2.8-12mm Lens is built for installations where the camera needs to stay compact, output a clean HDMI signal, and still give you more framing flexibility than a fixed-lens POV model. With 10-bit HDMI output, a 2.8-12mm lens, and RS-485/VISCA control, it gives you a practical way to handle fixed-position AV and production coverage without adding unnecessary complexity.

Why It Helps

Many compact cameras are either overly simple fixed-lens units or much more complex than the job requires. This model sits in a useful middle ground. It gives you a clean HDMI signal path, a variable lens range, and structured control support in one compact body. That makes it easier to deploy in fixed positions where the shot still needs to be tuned properly after installation.

System Characteristics

2.8-12mm lens range gives the camera more framing flexibility during setup
10-bit HDMI output helps keep the signal path aligned with more serious AV workflows
RS-485/VISCA control improves compatibility with managed systems
Compact body with dual mounting points makes specialty installation easier
Focused design avoids unnecessary extras like wireless, internal recording, or app dependency
