The Lynx Technik greenMachine GMPT-4FS-US Quad 3G-SDI Frame Synchronizer with AV processor is a comprehensive video frame synchronizer for SDI formats up to 3Gbit/s. This package is compatible with the greenMachine titan hardware platform. This package is designed for applications that demand reliable frame synchronization with complete audio processing capabilities. The inbuilt scaler permits spatial conversions of the video signal, as well as flexible Region of Interest (ROI) selection. The video signals can be synchronized using a bi-level SD reference signal and a tri-level HD reference signal. A timed SD or HD reference output is also offered.
Processing inputs can be BNC, Fiber, or HDMI. Additionally, output can be BNC, fiber, or HDMI (optional fiber SFPs ordered separately). Multiple extra processing options, such as gain, hue, etc., permit modifications to the video content. A basic test pattern generator is also accessible per channel, offering the most common line and full-field designs, such as color bars, pathological test patterns, and full-field colors, among others.
Individually configurable as analog (balanced) or digital (AES) interfaces, the substantial audio processing capability de-embeds all audio and supports one MADI input & output as well as four external audio inputs or outputs. Multiple internal crossbars permit extensive audio reordering, including MADI streams. It also has two Dolby E® decoders, Dolby E® synchronization, complete audio processing, and several user-adjustable audio and video delays. In addition to the graphical user interface, the greenMachine titan hardware includes a local control interface with an LCD that displays image previews and audio level meters of the processed video routes.
