I could not place an order. It says "Please try again or use a different payment method. Declined"

If you tried placing an order on our website and getting a message "Please try again or use a different payment method. Declined"

Please follow these steps.

  • Make sure the billing address matches the billing address on your credit card.
  • Try different credit cards.
  • Please check the credit card number.
  • Make sure the credit card is still valid, not expired
  • Typo on Card Verification Code (CVC)
  • Contact your bank for further information.
