The DUO-C98 96Wh High-Load Battery Kit with Charger from IDX is offered to provide you with two V-Mount batteries and a portable charger. Kit includes two DUO-C98 96Wh V-mount batteries and a VL-2X 2-Channel Sequential V-Mount Charger with Power Supply. The batteries support a total discharge of 10A between the V-mount, D-Tap, and USB ports, making it well suited for use with power hungry devices, and one of the batteries D-Taps can also be used to charge the battery using an optional trickle charger. Battery data information displays in most camera's viewfinders.
The included charger supports either Li-ion or Ni-Cad batteries. It features fanless operation, so it is quiet and won't disturb your sound recordist. In addition to sequentially charging your batteries, the charger can also provide power via its 4-pin XLR connector while charging your batteries.

The IDX DUO-C98 96Wh High-Load Battery features a V-mount and is only 2.3" thick, but packs 96Wh of capacity to power your professional devices. It is well suited for handheld gimbal and aerial applications, as well as run-and-gun productions where size and weight can become an issue. Battery data information displays in most camera's viewfinders.
The DUO-C98 can handle a combined load of up to 10A among its V-mount, D-Tap outputs, and USB port. One of the D-Taps can also be used to charge the battery, although that requires an optional charger that is not included. Designed with battery circuit protection against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and exposure to high temperatures, providing protection to your battery from the rigors of production. A 5-LED battery life indicator on the side of the battery provides a quick visual indication of charge state of your battery.
IDX System Technology VL-2X 2-Channel V-Mount Charger & Power Supply
The IDX VL-2X is a sequential desktop charger for V-mount batteries of both lithium-ion and Ni-Cad chemistries. It's also a power supply, featuring a 4-pin XLR power output that can be used at the same time as when a battery is being charged. So you can charge a battery and power a camera, light, or other device at the same time. It's also fanless, so operation is quiet. The VL-2X automatically switches to the second battery when done charging the first. Internal safety features protect both the battery and charger from serious damage should faulty or misused batteries be placed on charge. Furthermore, charging will automatically stop if the battery reaches an overvoltage condition.
The VL-2X has a compact and lightweight design, coming in at just under 1 lb. It features desktop feet and also a flip out Kickstand for ultimate support in holding two batteries. The VL-2X supports worldwide 100-240V power input and comes with a North American AC power adapter.
