The Hive Lighting Bee 50-C Adjustable Fresnel features one Wasp 50-C Head Unit, a Universal Power supply, an adjustable Fresnel lens, 4-leaf barn doors, and ¼ baby pin. The light has a 15 to 50° beam spread for flooding out silk or for long throw work and selective lighting. The BEE 50-C is ideal for easy rigging to cameras, drones, practicals, stages, and sets. The beam can be further modified by the included 4-way barn doors.
Hive Lighting’s Adjustable Fresnel attachment fits on the front of the BEE 50-C, which gives the users control over the beam angle, from a full flood to tight spot. The Fresnel can be used with the included 5” barn doors, a separate HDP lens set, or any standard 5” speed ring. The 50-C can run off a battery or universal wall power, it weighs 1.5 lbs and is compatible with hundreds of accessories.
Perfect S.H.O.T Controls
Hive’s Perfect S.H.O.T control system on the Bee 50-C allows you to adjust the Saturation, HUE, Output, AND color temperature, to create the perfect lighting for any shot.
S.H.O.T. controls can create millions of dimming and color combinations to customize lighting for any production scenario. Perfect S.H.O.T. can be accessed on the fixture itself, or remotely via DMX or the free Hive smartphone app.
Omni-Color Technology
Hive Lighting uses a combination of secondary and tertiary colored LEDs (Red, Amber, Lime, Cyan, and Sapphire) to create a complete and even spectrum than traditional RGBW. A proprietary algorithm combines the different colors into a brilliant white-balanced light (CRI 98) and millions of saturated color combinations.
Studio System
The Hive Studio System brings advanced color blending technology to the fixed studio environment. It replaces the heavy traditional lights with a cool-running, low power draw, high color rendering fixture.
Hive SHOT App
You can download the Hive SHOT app for iPhone to control the Bee 50-C via Bluetooth. The Hive Lighting's SHOT App allows you to adjust the Saturation, Hue, Output and Color Temperature.
