The Datavideo DVK-300HD HD/SD Chromakey allows you to use your PC to create real-time HD or SD Chroma keying using the included DVKey HD Software designed to work with Windows 7, 8 and XP. The DVK-300HD can accept HD/SD-SDI or HDMI source as camera input and DVI-I or HD/SD-SDI source as background input. It has HDMI and HD/SD-SDI outputs. It can be controlled locally using a directly attached laptop or remotely over an IP network.
The DVK-300HD fits in 1RU 19” rack and uses a LAN connection to connect to a PC for control interface. Datavideo's chroma key solution ensures a high-quality keying effect in the case of both green and blue backdrops. The key supports all popular video formats: 3 Gb/s, HD and SD. Multiple languages are also supported such as English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Polish, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
The DVK-300HD supports two keying modes, Chroma Key and Luma Key. The Chroma Key Mode enables the DVK-300HD to be used for chroma keying. The Camera input is fed with object on a green or blue backdrop, while the Background is generated by PC or any other media sources. The Luma Key Mode enables the DVK-300HD to be used for luminance-based keying. The Camera input is fed with object on a black or white backdrop and the Background is generated by PC or any other media sources.
