URSA Mini 4K Digital Cinema Camera (PL-Mount) from Blackmagic Design is a 4K Cinema Camera in PL-Mount with Super-35mm of global shutter sensor with 12 stops of dynamic range. From the design, this product has a well-design that can be used for diverse styles of filmmaking. As PL-Mount version, it makes the most lenses compatible with this camera. On side of the camera, there is the rosette that accepts the included side handle which has the function of start/stop through the LANC connection for remote control operation.
On connections, this URSA Mini 4K(PL Mount) has Reference input, Timecode input, and 12G-SDI Audio Output. For Audio inputs, there are two XLR connections with selected mic/line level and +48 V phantom power. More on the connectivity, this device also has Microphone, Speaker, and the Touch screen control menus on 5" screen. As for the mounting options, there are the integrated rod mounts that compatible with 15mm Light Weight Support (LWS) standard.
URSA Mini 4K(PL Mount) comes with power connector, that consist of XLR input for external power supply or battery and Molex connector on the rear battery plate. As for Output, there is XLR connector for powering external accessories such as EVF. In addition, there is regulated output from the rear Molex 12-way connector. The battery plate uses the mounting holes for V-mount and Gold mount battery plates.
