The Blackmagic Design DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder 4K Capture Card is an advanced video capture card designed for professional video production and post-production workflows. With four HDMI inputs, this card allows you to capture high-quality video footage from multiple sources simultaneously, making it an ideal tool for recording live events, presentations, and performances. The DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder supports resolutions up to 4K at 60 frames per second, ensuring that your video footage is captured with exceptional clarity and detail. Additionally, the card offers support for HDR content, allowing you to capture and edit high dynamic range video footage with ease.

The DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder plugs into an available PCIe slot and appears on the host computer as four separate capture cards. Software developers can select different HDMI channels for recording using the freely available Blackmagic Desktop Video SDK (software developer kit) for Mac, Windows, and Linux. Different video streams can be recorded by different software applications at the same time. DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder is therefore ideal for use with live streaming solutions, software production switchers, broadcast servers, and other devices.

The DeckLink Quad HDMI features four HDMI 2.0b connections that can record high-quality 8 or 10-bit YUV and 10 or 12-bit RGB at up to 4K DCI 30p or 8-bit RGB at up to 4K DCI 60p. DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder also supports computer and gaming consoles in 8-bit RGB resolutions up to 2560 x 1600. Customers can record video from cameras, computers, game consoles, and other devices at the same time.

Customers may utilize any combination of software packages like vMix, Wirecast, and OBS to record and stream multifunctional channels. For example, a client utilizing vMix may simultaneously capture input from two cameras, a computer, and a gaming console, switch it live and transmit it live on the internet. The Blackmagic DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder is excellent for usage in low-profile Rack-Mount Servers in newsrooms, vans, and data centers. In particular, it is intended to fit into one single slot.
