Core Microsystems Training Refund Policy

To reserve your space in one of our training classes, we require
prepayment by Visa, Mastercard, or corporate check. There is
a $50 non-refundable processing fee for any class scheduling
changes after your registration has been confirmed. If you need
to cancel or reschedule your class registration, then the following
refund policy applies:
- If you cancel or reschedule more than 10 business days
prior to the first day of the class you have reserved, you
can receive a 100% refund of the class fee minus the $50
non-refundable processing fee.
- If b) If you cancel or reschedule between 6 to 10 business
days prior to the first day of the class you have reserved,
you can receive a 50% refund of the class fee minus the
$50 non-refundable processing fee. Due to our small
hands-on class size, we cannot provide refunds to students
who cancel within 5 business days or less of the scheduled
class date.
- While we make every effort to hold all scheduled classes,
we do reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops
at any time. In the event we cancel a class, you can
receive a full refund of the course fee or apply the fee
to an upcoming class. We are not responsible for any other
expenses you may incur, including travel arrangements.
