Core Microsystems Warranty Program & Returns Policy | Remote Assistance | Product News & Support Information
As part of our valued-added service, Core Microsystems' workstations carry a one-year labor and parts warranty on hardware manufactured and assembled by Core Microsystems including all components originally shipped in the computer chassis, the keyboard, mouse, monitor, and speakers. Extended warranty plans are also available. In addition to our warranty program, we also offer free technical support via telephone for workstations we build for you. Please contact one of our sales representatives for pricing on extended warranty and support plans.
Warranty and support for individual components purchased such as monitor, camera, peripherals, software, capture card, storage, computer accessories are covered by individual manufacturer warranties.
Free telephone support is available for questions regarding the configuration of the hardware components in your customized system and includes such items as system crashes, faulty components, missing software or hardware or system malfunction.
Our technical staff is available by email, telephone, or fax. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. For in-person visits to our Fremont facility, please schedule an appointment with one of our technicians. Drop-in tech support is not available.
