As part of our valued-added service, Core
supports your system purchase with a one-year hardware warranty.
Extended warranty plans are also available. In addition to our
warranty program, we also offer free technical support for 90
days via telephone for systems we build for you. This 90-day
support may be extended for an additional fee. Please
contact one of our sales representatives for pricing on extended
warranty and support plans.
This 90-day telephone support is available for questions regarding
the installation and configuration of the hardware components
in your customized system and includes such items as system
crashes, faulty components, missing software or hardware or
system malfunction.
Our technical staff is available by email, telephone, or fax.
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific
Standard Time. For in-person visits to our Fremont facility,
please schedule an appointment with one of our technicians. Drop-in
tech support is not available.
