Core Microsystems Remote Support
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a remote support system.
This allow us to control and troubleshoot your workstation remotely from our office.
This 90-day telephone support is available for questions regarding the installation and configuration of the hardware components in your customized system and includes such items as system crashes, faulty components, missing software or hardware or system malfunction.
Our technical staff is available by email, telephone, or fax. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. For in-person visits to our Fremont facility, please schedule an appointment with one of our technicians. Drop-in tech support is not available.
