Prices and Payments
All prices quoted by Core are based on U.S. dollars FOB shipping point and are subject to change. Transportation and insurance shall be provided by common carrier at Customers expense and charges will be added to the order. Any sales tax which may be applicable to the sale of goods shall be paid by the Customer in addition to the quoted prices. If the Customer is exempt from any taxes, Customer shall furnish a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authority. Sales tax is based on current State of California tax rates for Santa Clara County. Full payment must be received by Core prior to delivery of goods. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express for online orders. All charges are payable in U.S. dollars.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery schedules are approximate only and are based on the availability of the products at the time of acceptance of Customers order.
Shipping quote is realtime from UPS.com. Core ships most orders via UPS Ground. More expeditious modes are also available. Our online order form will automatically determine these rates based on the amount of your order.

3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
4. Select "FREE UPS Ground Shipping" option. Please note that your order will take an additional 3 to 5 business days to ship.
5. Select your payment type.

Cancellations and Returns
Orders accepted and shipped by Core are not subject to change or cancellation by the Customer. Approval must be obtained from Core prior to the return of any goods. In the case of incorrect shipment or goods that are damaged during shipment, Core must be informed in writing within 24 hours after the receipt of goods. The Customer may return the unopened products for refund (less a 25% restocking fee) if the Customer is not satisfied within 15 days from the date of shipment. Software and peripherals that have been opened and/or are not resalable are nonrefundable. All of the following requirements must be met to process a refund:
1. Customer must call and receive a valid RMA number.
2. All original boxes, software and manuals must be returned in original condition.
3. Products must be shipped to Core in original packaging, shipping prepaid and insured by the Customer, with the RMA number clearly identified on the shipping label.
4. Products returned for refund must be received at Core Microsystems warehouse in Santa Clara, CA within 15 days from the original ship date. Refund is only issued for the sale amount and does not include freight.
Warranty
Most items sold by Core are covered by a manufacturers warranty. Inquiries for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service centers.

Core is not responsible for any infections, contaminations, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, errors, omissions, interruptions, or defects arising out of your use of this site or with respect to the products sold and/or materials contained on this site.
In no event shall Core be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, resulting from whatever cause, including but not limited to loss of use, loss profits, or loss of data, whether in an action under theories of contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in any way in connection with the use of or inability to use the information or materials on, or accessed through, the Core Web Site.
