Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Studio 2 is a SSD recorder and affordable HD broadcast deck. Therefore, it allows users to work in SD and HD formats for video and up to 1080p30 for the highest quality of uncompressed and compressed file formats. This product brings to users of the compact feature and usability in the affordable level without compromising its quality and performance.
Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Studio 2 allow the user to connect digitally to any monitor, camera or SDI router. The SDI video input has the 1 x 10-bit SD/HD/3G-SDI switchable while the SDI video output consist of 2 x 10-bit SD/HD/3G-SDI switchable. As of the HDMI input and output is equipped with 1 x HDMI type A connector. Thus, this broadcast deck allows perfect connection to projects and monitors.
To get unlimited duration recording, Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Studio 2 has the 2 x 2.5" SATA 3Gb/s type for the SSD slots. Therefore, when one of the disks is full then the recording process will shift to the second disk automatically. There are no differences in terms of the body construction design towards this HyperDeck variant. It also features illuminated crystal buttons, jog wheel, VTR style design, high-resolution LCD with full-color thumbnail preview.
In wide scope, Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Studio 2 delivers maximum performance to all users. Even the Ethernet connection on the rear side serves another important feature for user to use. This rack-mounted device compatible to both Mac-based users and Windows users. In the power supply, there is the 110-240V power type.
